I have always had an interest in health and fitness and began practising yoga as a teenager. My interest grew when I practised yoga regularly as a student in London where yoga helped me deal with the stress of my Degree course in Illustration (and London life!) particularly in my third year.

It was when going through another stressful time in 2006 that I decided to take the plunge and train as a yoga teacher! This was a life changing decision and the intensive pracice and theoretical training on the course gave me a wonderful new perspective on life and ability to cope with life's challenges. I trained with Rachel Zinman, whose style of Ishta yoga perfectly suited me and I really resonated with it. The Ishta Yoga perspective is all about creating yoga classes suitable for the Individual.
