Hi my name is Kay and I have been practicing yoga for nearly twenty five years. I have always enjoyed the feeling i get from yoga. In 2000 I completed a yoga teacher training course with The British Wheel of Yoga.I have continued my studies since with other schools of yoga. More recently i have retrainined in Dru Yoga. This flowing, graceful yet potent style of yoga leaves me feeling energised, relaxed and calm.
