Yoga Harmony

BWY in Hampstead. Sejel is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher whose intention is to bring students closer to the essence of yoga to enable healing and rejuvenation. Sejel's teaching owes much to the previous generations of yogis in her family that have shown so much dedication as well as to her students.

Attending Sejel's class is often the highlight of my day. My job is pretty stressful but regular practice has helped me to improve my mental and personal strength so I can cope with stressful situations more effectively.
