I teach Flow, Hatha and Yin classes for all levels based in Glenrothes. I provide a safe space for you to learn more about your body, building strength and flexibility without pressure or judgment.

I have fallen in love with yoga over the last few years and after completing yoga teacher training in 2017, I started teaching in Glenrothes in Fife and Edinburgh at the beginning of 2018. I teach Vinyasa, Power, Hatha and Yin styles working with those who are brand new to yoga and experienced yogis.

I teach a variety of classes in the Glenrothes area, work with the award-winning hot yoga studio Yoga's Got Hot in Edinburgh as well as teaching corporate classes.

Yoga is a very personal practice and I hope to bring you a better connection to your body, breath and mind each time you come to the mat. My classes help to build strength, flexibility and balance whilst moving thoughtfully through creative sequences.
