We have been in the property market for over 50 years and have spent many hours, time and money devoted to property. Our tenants, friends and contacts, is where ‘Warwickshire Home Finders’ story began. With local people becoming disheartened by the high agent fees and low customer service, we decided to open a new solution to the property market = ‘hybrid property consultants’.

As property consultants we can offer all the traditional values of an estate agent; local knowledge, registered clients, a full working office to come and visit us in, connections with local companies e.g. mortgage brokers, but with the added benefit of; the most advanced technology and online marketing skills, longer opening hours and same competitive pricing as online agents. We hold professional RLA and NAEA estate agent qualifications, aswel as being registered with the property ombudsman. But most importantly we have….experience!
