Due to continued growth, Victoria Jeffs Estate Agents are currently looking to recruit two new Residential Sales Agents, primarily based from our Stratford-upon-Avon office in the first instance with potential to work in other geographical locations in the future. Both roles are permanent full time positions.

You will be responsible for the acquisition of instructions, the presentation of properties to the market and the subsequent management of the sale of suitable properties in sufficient quantity to satisfy business targets.

We are ideally looking for energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated sales professionals with at least 3 years' experience in a sales agency environment, people who are able to contribute to the implementation of the business strategy and profitability of the office. Proven sales and communications experience is a must. Valuation experience is useful but not a necessity.
