Hayle‘s only Fitness Studio situated right on your doorstep in the quaint village of Connor Downs. Offering the industries leading Fitness Classes to the local communities of Leedstown, Praze-an-Beeble, Gwinear, Gwithian, Carnhell Green, Camborne and Hayle, with people travelling from as far and wide, as Newquay, Perranporth, the Lizard and St Just just to train with our crazy Bunch.

My name is Vicky Church and I decided to start Vfit Cornwall back in June 2012 after 12 years managing in the Leisure Industry and 10 years as a professional athlete. During this time I was able see the flaws commercially in what most Health and Fitness providers offer to their members and as an athlete I was also able to identify what was missing for members in terms of support, motivation, diet, lifestyle and wellness advice.

At Vfit we don't believe in contracts, nor do we have empty mission statements that are merely there to draw people in to believing they will be a part of something.
