When Swadlincote's ladies only gym closed during 2010, Karly and sister Tricia found themselves highly disappointed, like many others, that no other gym of its kind was available to attend in the area. So they decided to team up with their friend Jayne early in 2011 to create V3 Fitness & Beauty!
We are very proud to offer you brand new hydraulic gym equipment and fitness plates, set in a stunning new refurbishment together with relaxing beauty treatments to help you unwind. We have chosen both our gym equipment and highly motivated and friendly staff very carefully to offer you the best assistance we can!
