3-1-5 Health Club is an outstanding, award-winning fitness, leisure facility and gym in Lancaster — but we believe we’re more than a health club. For many of our customers, we’re the place they come to achieve peace, work on their personal goals, and enjoy their free time. We’re their third space — and we want to be your third space, too.

We have the best fitness equipment around, including the revolutionary X-Force strength training system. Also, we offer personalised services, full access to the knowledge, support, expertise of world-class trainers and accelerated results. We favour a results-based training Academy style, working with small groups who support and motivate one another. Our facilities include three pools, one of which is for hydrotherapy. We offer sauna, steam, and a massive class time-table boasting something for everyone. In 2018, we introduced a fully-equipped health and wellness area. You can find beauty, physio, and sports therapist services on-site in this area. Also, we have introduced premier outdoor running events, along with supporting services and retail options courtesy of our new resident partners OMM. Our goal is to provide a private club feel at an affordable price.
