Unified Fighting Systems

We know that attending a first class can be daunting so we want to make you feel at home right from the start. When you come into the centre we’ll make sure a smiling face will greet you, you’ll be introduced to someone who will show you around and get you comfortable from the start. People often worry that they aren’t fit enough at first, but fitness is like everything — you get better as you do more. But what will you learn? In short it will be a mix of kickboxing, self defence, weapons training and grappling, it’s called Jeet Kune Do, that’s the system that Bruce Lee developed and my teacher is a man called Richard Bustillo who learnt directly from Bruce Lee.
