We teach and train Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), known as the "art of eight limbs", which features punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing and grappling to wear down and knock out their opponent. Thai training methods develop devastating power, speed and superb cardio-vascular endurance as well as fighting spirit. We teach and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It is a derivative of early 20th century Kodokan Judo, which was itself then a recently-developed system (founded in 1882), based on multiple schools (or Ryu) of Japanese jujutsu.
