Hello again, let me tell you something about myself. I am an experienced trainer, facilitator, life coach, counsellor and psychotherapist. My professional background is in human resources. I enjoyed a successful career in plc organisations such as Allied Lyons, TI Group and Glynwed International. A key area of responsibility was the training and development of senior and middle managers. I was instrumental in introducing coaching skills and practices into the culture of the above organisations. A significant step on the journey of fulfilling my own potential was re-entry into learning in the 1990's. I subsequently trained as a Gestalt Psychotherapist at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham. The studies were validated by the University of Derby from where I received an MA, with distinction, in Gestalt Psychotherapy. The practice is now based in the rural village of Trysull near Wolverhampton.
