I know that it can seem daunting deciding that you might need counselling so you are to be congratulated for getting this far. We all aim to get through life without any difficulties; however there are times when it can be helpful to talk to someone in privacy and independent of your circumstances. Drawing on over 20 years' experience, I offer both short and long term counselling in a professional and caring environment. I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy sessions as an opportunity for you to share your troubles without being judged.

Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you to recognise thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns which may be getting in the way of you living in a satisfying and fulfilling way. I aim to provide a safe, confidential space to talk. My approach is to be accepting, empathic and supportive. I am pleased to work with both individuals and couples. Sessions are held in Woodmansterne, which is between Banstead and Coulsdon and there is on street parking.
