Alex Perry Counselling

My name is Alex Perry MBACP Registered. Dip. Couns. I am an experienced qualified Integrative counsellor based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. I have been passionate about counselling for 18 years. I provide a safe confidential environment from my home address to explore your concerns. I charge £40 per individual 50 minute session and £40 for couples, but I can make home counselling visits in Eastbourne. I understand that going through emotional turmoil can be confusing, Isolating and can feel out of control. This can lead to an intense feeling of loneliness. There is always a reason for the way we feel. Working creatively. I am also in the process of finding a Publisher/Agent for my book, 'Normal under the Circumstances' ( a DIY for the emotions ) which offers general help and understanding for mental turmoil.
