The Townends story starts in 1991 when our Chairman Tony Addinall opened a single estate agency office. The business grew organically until 1995 when the opportunity to acquire a competitor (ironically a business originally started by Tony back in the eighties and later sold) came along which dramatically increased the size of the business. Today Townends is the largest company in the Badger Holdings group of property specialists and has over 20 branches covering South and West London, Middlesex, Surrey and North Hampshire. As well as the traditional sales and lettings businesses, Townends is proud to offer all clients a complete property solution including conveyancing, surveys & valuation, financial services and property maintenance & refurbishment.
