Southside Property Management Services

Southside is an independently owned and managed property services business based in South East London. Founded in 1989, we have been providing our clients with a high quality professional service for over 20 years. Our principle business is Block Management, although we also manage individual properties, Project Manage works and provide Consulting and Advisory Services.

Our business model is simple and effective. We understand that with increasing levels of regulation and legislation today's property industry, nobody can be an expert in all areas of management. Our response to this has been to manage a range of services directly for our clients, but where further expertise is required, we simply find a suitable partner to ensure that the quality of service our clients receive, remains the best available.

Our model works because of the generous arrangements we have with our affiliated partners and because we can then pass on these savings to our clients.
