My ethos has been Education, Motivation and Support for many years now. When those three elements are put into place, everything else is easy. The best potion, lotion or super fad diet cannot compete with Education and my support. I take my responsibility as a trainer very seriously and if you asked anyone of my clients they would tell you the same thing. TTS Fitness is not a gym! It's a safe, comfortable and private training centre with NO CONTRACTS!
