Celebrity TV presenter Jeff Brazier, a familiar figure to many from ITV's This Morning, 'broke ground' on the site of a new £13 million Ronald McDonald House in central London. He donned a hard hat and with a spade cut the ground to mark the start of construction on the new 'home away from home' for families who have children being treated Evelina London Children's Hospital. Jeff threw himself into the proceedings with great enthusiasm and was ably assisted by pupils from nearby Fairley House School. The new Ronald McDonald House will have 59 bedrooms where families can stay, free of charge and for as long as they need, when it opens next year.
