The Practice is an integrated therapy centre offering Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Osteopathy, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. Our aim is not just to treat your symptoms but to identify the causative factors resulting in your current complaint. With this knowledge and the expertise of our clinicians we are then best placed to treat your symptoms but also importantly are able to address the cause and therefore prevent recurrence.
The Practice Physiotherapy and Pilates Centre based in Notting Hill was established in 2003 to offer the highest standards of care in Physiotherapy, Sports Injury Management and Functional Rehabilitation including Clinical Pilates and Strength and Conditioning. All physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and registered with The Health Professions Council. All physiotherapists at The Practice have post-graduate training in Clinical Pilates. Other specialist areas include manipulation, acupuncture, and Pilates based rehabilitation following spinal surgery, women's health including pre and post-natal Pilates, osteoporosis management and advanced functional rehabilitation for the elite athlete. We are specialists in the treatment and rehabilitation of dancers and musicians.
