A long time ago in a chip shop in Perth.......... ....a small boy called Michael started working with the owner of The Fish & Chip Co on St Leonards Bridge in Perth. Michael started off peeling tatties but gradually, over 17 years worked his way up to become the all important Fryer!
In 2001 Michael was in the position to buy the business from the owner and the rest is history.....

Michael is known as 'the memory man' and a visit to the shop on a busy evening will reveal why.

Michael runs the business with his supportive wife Charlene. They have two girls who one day they hope will take over the business.
