In December 2014 after 26 years, Japan Arts Centre closed it;s doors for the final time when it is sold by it's owners. A sad time for us : we have now relocated to the fantastic Templegate Dojo just 1.9 miles away. Templegate is a great venue in Bristol City Centre close to Cabot Circus and the M32. A permanent Dojo with a large mat area, changing rooms, viewing facilities and a private car park.
Our head coach Chris Hunt is a British Judo Association 7th Dan, the highest graded coach in the South West. We are a friendly club catering for all ages and abilities our adult class is a mix of technical and randori and regulary has 30+ players taking part from clubs all over Bristol and Somerset.
