Block administration is a unique sector of property management and service competence requires a thorough knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and the relevant codes of practice. When you instruct TEAM to manage your property we make it our contractual obligation to comply fully with the "Service Charge Residential Management Code" published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and when applicable the Code of Practice for Private Retirement Housing published by the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM). Both codes are approved by the Secretaries of State of England and Wales.
