Tiger Sales & Lettings was founded in 2008 by Craig Webster in recognition of the need for a property service that could provide assistance to landlords that were struggling during the beginning of the 2008 recession.
Tiger Estates expanded the business further in June 2010, with the purchase of Troy County. Troy County was the leading Estate Agent in the South Shore area specialising in the sale of residential property but also providing a residential lettings and management service. The joining of Troy County to Tiger Estates made the company re-brand to Tiger Sales & Lettings demonstrating the specialist and focussed sales and lettings departments within the one company.
