Taylor Viscount

Ikki started Atlas Property Management Ltd in 1989 and at that time only managed a small letting portfolio of his own properties, friends and acquaintances. Ikki comes from the banking and financial services sector before moving into the letting business and therefore he has acquired a wealth of experience both in the financial and property markets. In 2006 the Lettings Portfolio of Taylor Viscount Ltd was purchased which enabled us to open an office in Boscombe, still trading as Atlas Property Management Ltd.

In 2007 Ikki purchased the company Taylor Viscount Ltd which brought us into the Property Sales market and we were delighted to bring on board Kris Hall as Sales Manager. As the name Taylor Viscount was long established and well known in the area we felt that it was right to continue to trade under this name. Therefore Taylor Viscount became the trading name of Atlas Property Management Ltd.
