Allan & Bath was established in 1898, so has long been a recognised name in Dorset and Hampshire. In 2006 Allan & Bath became part of the Leaders Group - the largest independent property specialists in the UK. Leaders has expanded rapidly in recent years and continues to do so. Despite this, we still remain loyal to many of the values originally instilled by founder Neville Lee OBE in 1983. He pledged that all Leaders' clients would be given a personal service and the company would set itself apart from its competitors by delivering the highest standards in every area of its work.

As Leaders has grown over the years - with more than 25 new branches opening between 2012 and 2014 alone - so has our brand family. In addition to more than 50 Leaders branches, predominantly in the south-east, we also operate under established and respective guises elsewhere in the country.
