Since that time it has moved to town-centre premises over three floors and hosts a vast-array of the most popular products in the musical instrument industry. We are primarily a face-to-face retailer and we take pride in the choice, setup and merchandising of our products in the store; we believe that to see and try a product is the best way to experience what it has to offer. We are mindful however of the convenience that online offers. We therefore bring our personal retailing style to the wider online world. For you this means that any instrument you buy will have been taken out of its box, it will have been checked and set up for the most versatile configuration, and it will be delivered to you playing as good as it ever will before meeting its future owner. We appreciate that some customers may prefer the fact that no one has ever touched their product, or that their instrument is in the same sealed condition as when it left the factory, but we believe the slight advantages with this are drastically outweighed by the compromise of your retailer never physically seeing the product. It also means that if you want detailed images of the exact product you are considering purchasing (rather than the stock, web-friendly images used in the listings) we can get those to you quickly and free upon request.
