Leila Denison-Pender is a registered Aromatherapist based in Ealing, West London, with a Diploma in Holistic Clinical Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage from the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy (ITHMA). She further trained to specialise in Aromatherapy and Massage during Pregnancy, also with ITHMA. Leila is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
We offer bespoke aromatherapy massage treatments in Ealing, West London. We specialise in pre and post natal holistic care, i.e. we specialise in pregnancy massage, massage during labour and post natal recovery in Ealing W5. Aromatherapy is the controlled therapeutic use of concentrated plant extracts (essential oils) to enhance emotional and physical well-being.
Essential oils are made of fairly complex chemical compounds and research has shown that each one of these compounds possess specific therapeutic properties such as sedative, stimulant, anti-inflammatory, relaxant, etc.
