Swift Fox TKD is a growing club committed to promoting the values and teaching of Taekwon-Do. Whether you are looking to keep fit, learn new skills, compete or just meet some new friends and have a great time, we can help. Taekwon-Do is a modern and dynamic martial art famed for its power and aerial kicks. We teach traditional Taekwon-Do and are governed by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) rules for training, grading and competitions. For younger students we train with a simplified "tag grade syllabus" which provides a structured introduction to all aspects of the art.
