We offer extensive training in traditional forms, hand to hand combat including a wide variety of kicks, punches, throws and jointlocks, reality based self defence, traditional Chinese weaponry and sparring.We offer relaxed friendly classes for both Adults and Children aged 8-16 years.San Shou offers students a strong foundation in the key areas of punching, kicking, clinching and throwing, giving them an excellent basis for effective self defence or for a number of sporting formats.In addition classes involve a strong cardiovascular training element to develop ring fitness, making it a superb choice for health and weight loss.
