I have been practising Iyengar Yoga for over 30 years and am a full-time teacher, taking classes for all abilities. I teach a wide range of people, men and women, of all ages. I was awarded an Intermediate level teaching certificate in 2006 and afterwards spent 3 years training to provide both individual/small group tuition and support in general classes to people with a range of physical or health conditions. Simple props such as chairs and wood/foam blocks are used to help adjust or support people so that the movements are safe and effective.
