Sunbeams Pre School

There are places for children at Sunbeams aged between 2 years 6 months to school reception age. Our sessions operate a free-flow system where children can explore both indoor and outdoor activities. Sunbeams Pre-School follows the Early Years Foundation Stage. All the children are supported in learning at their own pace and our Key Person system enables the staff to ensure a planned curriculum tailored to the needs of each individual child. Your child is allocated a key person as soon as they start at Sunbeams Pre-School.

Your child's progress and development is made through observation and one-to-one or small group activities. Your child has their own Learning Journal that is available at anytime for parents to see, these are kept at Sunbeams Pre-School. We provide a healthy snack time during the session, water or milk to drink, and a selection of fruit, vegetables and bread sticks. Individual child's needs and dietary requirements are always our priority.
