We believe that children learn and develop best through play. We always set out to create an environment which will encapsulate the imagination of each child. We understand the importance of children following their own interests; we also know that each child in our care will take a very different journey in their development, so we will always support and enable them to do just this. We recognise the importance of personal, social and emotional development; this is at the heart of everything that we do. Children will always feel valued, safe and secure in our care. We understand that each child is truly unique. We want to nurture this uniqueness and create experiences which we hope will provide them with the best possible opportunities. We recognise the importance of providing children with hands-on experiences and physical activity, to aid their early learning and development. We plan for our children to be outdoors every day. We believe that it is important for them to be outside exploring and enjoying the outdoor environment. We spend much of our time outside at Lakeview. We enjoy planting,digging, splashing in water, building with sand and eating outside. Being creative is what we do and what our children enjoy doing. These activities can be done both inside or out.
