Gym owners Paul Armstrong & Tom Gold opened the doors to Strong Arms Gym, Alcester on 3rd November 2012. Since then we have continually strived to keep the most effective and functional equipment to help our members reach their goals. Our idea was to make an open plan warehouse gym for individuals who are serious about their health and fitness goals. We also wanted to make workouts different, more challenging and more interesting from your run of the mill commercial gym.

Our idea was to make an open plan warehouse gym for individuals who are serious about their health and fitness goals. We also wanted to make workouts different, more challenging and more interesting from your run of the mill commercial gym. With over 3500 square feet on two levels our gym has equipment ranging from over 600kg of Olympic plates, 6 x Olympic bars, dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg - 50kg, tractor tyres, battle ropes, farmers walk, push pull sled, resistance machines, cardio vascular machines, abdominals area and much more. We pride ourselves on being a serious gym, but still having a friendly member base which makes working a lot more fun and relaxed.
