Stoke Freestyle Kickboxing

Whether you want to improve your fitness, gain your black belt or compete in competitions Stoke Freestyle is the club for you! Open to ages 7+ we will bring your confidence and fitness up to speed with fun and energetic lessons in a welcoming atmosphere. No gimmicks just proven techniques by experienced instructors. Dont worry about your fitness level, you will progress in your own comfort and ability. Freestyle combines the most effective elements of Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Karate and Tae Kwon Do.

Those wanting to progress will have the opportunity to take gradings up to Black Belt and beyond. We also have a competition squad - Stoke Juggernauts - who compete all over the UK in Points and Light Continuous competitions. For those just wanting to keep fit and make new friends we have fitness and conditioning classes guaranteed to make you sweat!
