Hello, my name is Fred and I wanted to personally welcome you to the site and to T.A.G.B Taekwondo. Whether you are considering joining our club or are just interested in Taekwondo as a martial art you will find plenty of information here to get you started. Kidsgrove & Newcastle Taekwondo is a family friendly martial arts club training men, women, teenagers and children. We have been teaching Taekwondo since 1997. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art using punches, kicks and blocks to provide an effective form of unarmed self-defence. Developed from Shotokan Karate and the ancient Korean art of Tae-Kyon, Taekwondo is known for its powerful techniques and is practiced by the Korean army.
