We offer four services. 1) Let Only - We’ll market your property, conduct all viewings, prepare all contracts, move the tenant in as well as check out tenant at end of tenancy. 2) Rent Collection - Everything you get with our ‘Let Only’ service, plus collection of rent every month. 3) Full Management - We do everything for you, from finding tenant to collecting rent to overseeing repairs and maintenance. 4) Airbnb Management - We’ll manage your Airbnb listing, deal with check in (24 hour service), sort professional cleaning and transfer income generated to you.
