This is one of the best things I have ever put my 2 children into. I have a son and a daughter who both love this place including me, they have only recently joined and already I have noticed a big change in them, they can't wait for the next session.

It covers everything from learning respect to discipline, having fun, self defence and a whole lot more! My 2 will be attending many more sessions in the future. Keep up the good work.
