One weakness in property investment is Illiquidity. One of the ways this can be addressed is if you multi-let a property then you can achieve increased cash-flow. Invest the extra cash into other investment vehicles like Gold and Silver or good cash deposits. The Key thing is to stress test the investment to ensure that whatever happens to the market e.g. interest rates rise, or property crash, that you are still able to service the loan.
