Through contacts with specialist contractors, we can provide pre-market access to newly renovated developments with outstanding investment potential, but we can also help customers to secure huge discounts on ‘off plan' projects, too.

In many cases, the developers of new projects are keen to sell the first 20% of their stock on a heavily discounted basis in order to retain liquidity and to demonstrate healthy demand to buyers who will subsequently be invited to invest at the full price.
