With rigid foam technology and manufacturing processes well established, Structural Insulated Panels were an obvious progression from the steel faced panel background that both Peter and Kevin came from, and in 2010, SIPCO was formed.

Since the birth of the company, SIPCO have quickly established themselves amongst the leading SIP companies, and have already completed several high profile projects, working with both major developers such as BAM, Morgan Sindall, Shepherd Construction. This growth has been aided by a shift in focus within the construction industry towards improving energy efficiency and reducing build times and defects.
