You might know me from my days at Gemini, the award-winning restaurant in Tadworth, which I opened 14 years ago and ran with my wife Debbie. I wanted to cook what I like to eat myself, and so the restaurant evolved, embracing dishes from Europeto South-East Asia and everywhere in between. We had achieved our goals with Gemini, so after 14 years, we decided to sell the restaurant and start a new project which would enable me to see a little bit more of my family!
