We are a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Chartered Architects located in Greenford, West London. We undertake Homebuyer Surveys, architectural drawings, party wall negotiations, planning applications and appeals, insurance claims and building contract administration. We can give advice on most matters relating to Building Regulations and compliance with local authority regulations and structural requirements.

Simon Hands & Associates is a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Chartered Architects. The practice was originally formed in 1986 when both partners decided to open a practice together. Their first office was in Eastcote, before moving to a larger office in Greenford approximately seventeen years ago. Simon Gregory Hands is a Chartered Building Surveyor with considerable professional experience. He initially studied for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Surveying at Thames Polytechnic and graduated from here in 1978. Subsequent to his graduation, he worked for the London Borough of Haringey as a Building Control surveyor. Amongst his duties he would have checked plans for compliance with the requirements of the Building Regulations and undertaken inspections on site to check that works in progress were being constructed in accordance with such requirements.
