We carry out independent property inspections throughout South Manchester, North Cheshire, Greater Manchester generally and surrounding areas. Prior to establishing the practice, Robert Cohen trained with Cooke Booth Fearnhead and then worked for Steven Scanlon in the City Centre.

Further experience was gained via smaller practices prior to establishing RSC Chartered Surveyors.
We always advise that one speaks directly to a Surveyor prior to commissioning a report since it is particularly important to ensure that the inspection carried out is suitable for the property to be purchased and also suitable for the client's requirements. This cannot always be done when instructing a Surveyor via a third or fourth party.
