Sharon Johnston

I have been working in the Architectural industry since 1985. I joined the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in 1992 and became a full member in 1998. During my 25 years in the industry, I have gained invaluable experience while working with various Architects in Northern Ireland, which led me to establish Sharon Johnston Designs for Living in 2007, based in Co Armagh. I specialise in obtaining statutory approvals such as Planning Permission and Building Control Approval within the residential sector, offering my personal service to each client whether they require a bespoke house or simply a remodel of their existing home. In 2003 I had the difficult task of designing a home for my husband, two teenage boys, four dogs, a cat and of course myself. We love our home. It is hard work sometimes, but worth it. Whether I am outside catching up on gardening, walking the dogs or inside cooking, I know I have created a place where my family feels safe and comfortable.
