Senshin Shotokan Karate Sunderland

Senshin Shotokan Karate have several classes running in the Sunderland area. We are a newly established club. However our chief instructor has over 20 years of experience in Shotokan Karate, and has been an assistant coach at a highly successful North East Shotokan Karate Club for almost 3 year. We pride ourselves in teaching Shotokan Karate to a high standard, in a friendly/fun environment. However we do command a certain level of discipline and respect from our students whilst in the lesson.

Karate and other Martial Arts are a fantastic way to build up confidence and self esteem. Whilst learning self control and discipline that can be used and put into practice in everyday situations. Its a great way for children to exercise and get fit with the added benefit of socialising and making new, like minded friends.
