I love to nurture people and to help them fulfil their potential. I believe that when you are stressed everything can seem impossible and by a shift in attitude and habits we can release that stress and achieve our hearts desires. I believe that this is actually a lot simpler than we are often led to believe. But I also know that it can be very beneficial to have some help along the way. I offer group sessions and one to one work all with the aim of reducing your stress and allowing you to achieve a sense of absolute wellbeing. Over the last 12 years I have trained in Dru Yoga, Meditation, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. I am currently also training to be a practioner of Emotional Freedom Technique and the Metamorphic Technique. I use all of this experience to work with you in the way most appropriate for you.
