I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and am committed to offering you a confidential, non-judgemental, safe and boundaried place to come and explore, understand and find resolution to the problems that are troubling you. With over 25 years of working supportively with people, I have broad experience of helping people experiencing difficulties and distress. I value each person as a unique individual and, as a counsellor and psychotherapist, I am committed to seeking understanding of you yourself and the difficulties you may bring, and to enabling you to find your own way to achieve changes you may want to make.
