Sabu Bhugobaun

I am British born and come from a dual heritage background and I have been involved in the counselling field since 1997. Through my work I recognised that including a spiritual dimension to counselling and psychotherapy can be very helpful to healing and wholeness, and to lead to a more authentic life. This led me to train in Psychosynthesis at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London, whose degree programmes are validated by Middlesex University. I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I am accredited with the Association for Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP).

I have no doubt that there is an inherent integrity to every human being and that accessing and embodying this is a journey in itself with its peaks and valleys. This is why grounding or anchoring the human spirit is so essential, because it helps us to come into a much fuller experience of the here and now.
