Established in 1993 Rodney Ashford Associates experienced team has over 35 years of Social Housing knowledge and has been involved in the Housing Movement since 1976. From site finding, through our extensive list of contacts, to scheme viability testing; Design and Specifications, to Project Management and Resident Liaison. Rodney Ashford Associates provides a comprehensive Development service specialising in traditional New Build scheme as well as Rural locations and Purpose Made Designs; delivering programmes to Time, Cost and Quality. We offer full Project Management services as well as Traditional Quantity Surveying services as part of a design team. We have completed all levels of refurbishment projects, from Elemental Improvements to full Stock Improvement and Eco Neighbourhood Programmes.
