Established in 2001, after gaining 14 years very broad and considerable constructional experience as a Local Authority Building Control Surveyor, Rod has now built up a very popular and successful 'one-man-band' practice dealing with all domestic constructional projects.

Rod's previous Building Control experience coupled with his excellent design ability and drawing quality ensures that his customers get complete satisfaction with his work. Dealing in the main with domestic extensions and new build projects, Rod will see your project through from initial design brief to Planning and Building Regulation applications. Acting as your Agent throughout, Rod will be making the required applications and dealing with the Local Authority until Approvals are forthcoming.
